Estimates and pricing
- Estimates are free and based on the information available at the time of the walk-through.
- The written estimate is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- If site conditions differ from what was visible at the estimate (for example, buried utilities, rock, or drainage issues), we will discuss any change in scope and cost before continuing.
- Prices shown on the Services page are starting points and may change; the price confirmed in your written estimate applies.
Scheduling, payment and cancellation
- Larger installation projects may require a deposit to reserve a date and order materials.
- Recurring maintenance is billed monthly; one-time services are due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
- Invoices are due within 15 days. Late balances may be subject to a reasonable late fee as allowed by law.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service visit. Weather may require us to reschedule, and we'll contact you as early as we can.
Property access and responsibilities
- You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to identify private lines (such as invisible fences, low-voltage wiring or private water lines) that public utility locating does not mark. We will request public utility locates where required.
- Please secure pets and remove personal items from the work area before we arrive.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage to unmarked private lines or items left in the work area.
Plant warranty
Living plants depend on watering, weather and care after installation. Unless stated in writing, we do not warranty plant survival. Any limited plant warranty we offer requires that you follow our care instructions and is void for damage from drought, neglect, pests, extreme weather or third-party work.
Workmanship
We stand behind our installation work. If a hardscape, lighting or installation defect caused by our workmanship appears within the period stated in your estimate, we will repair it at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear, settling, weather damage, or changes made by others.
Website use
Content on this website, including text, graphics and the Arborlume Landscapes name and logo, belongs to Arborlume Landscapes LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific horticultural outcomes, as results depend on weather, soil and ongoing care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arborlume's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Insurance
Arborlume Landscapes LLC carries liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Kenton County, Kentucky.
